Customer Rewards Program

Have you heard about the SBB?  It stand for Small Business Beanstalk and this program is sweet!  They say it better than I can, so from their website; "The SBB is a local-first company that leverages connections of all types to support business and community growth. We use problem solving, networking, and relationship-building techniques to grow small businesses through a unique combination of matchmaking and concierge services"  Basically they have developed a network of locally owned small businesses that are offering an incentive to those who choose to shop at their stores.  The program is free to consumers and is a great way to save money while supporting the local economy.

How does this program work?  By now, everyone has some sort of key chain rewards card for groceries, gas, movie rentals, pretty much anything.  After a while you have more plastic on your keyring than metal!  If you sign up for this program, you get yourself another tag for the ring.  But what is different about this card is it can be used at OVER 100 businesses around Columbus!  1 rewards card for ALL the businesses signed up with the SBB.  For a complete up-to-date listing of businesses, you can visit their website at thesbb.com.

We are taking this thing one step further...our OWN customer rewards program!  Each month, cardholders will be eligible for discounts, instant rebates, special promotions, and more.

About us.  I never liked this part.  Who are we?  Let see what I can come up with...

Since 2007, Clintonville Outfitters has been providing Columbus with top quality outdoor gear.  We strive to offer our customers the best while saving them money at the same time!  I could continue with some regurgitated marketing line, but that wouldn't have any depth, no soul.

The truth is, everyone will have their own opinion "about us."  So unless I can get everyone to write a few words about the store, our about us would be incomplete and bias.  The store is ever evolving and so would our about us.  If I could, for a minute, rename this section 'How I see Clintonville Outfitters,'  I will share my thoughts and my mission. 

My store is an inviting place where no question is too novice and no one goes ignored.  Customer focused and service oriented, a place you can feel comfortable learning about many different outdoor activities and skills.  A community oriented, environmentally conscience business that provides fairly priced, quality products to people who enjoy rock climbing, backpacking, car camping, international travel, weekend get-a-ways, hikes at the park, and everything in between.  We have products you can rely on to survive in the most extreme conditions and products that will help you enjoy a Saturday afternoon watching the Buckeyes.  Education, community involvement, and providing opportunities to get out and enjoy nature are pivotal cornerstones to what we are trying to do here.  It isn't all about the gear, it's about helping you to Find your Frontier regardless of what form it decides to take.  That's us.  Or my take on us.  Now it is time for you to make up your own mind about us.  I think you'll like what we've got going on.
